This service checks Sold By info, Replacement Devices, and Case History.

If the device was replaced by Apple, there may not be any Sold By details on GSX. Please follow these steps if you still require the original purchase information:
1. Place an order with the replaced IMEI.
2. When replied, copy the IMEI/Serial for the "Active" device in the replacement history. Usually, it is found at the bottom of the result.
3. Place a new order with the active IMEI/Serial you found.
4. When you get the reply, you will receive the original purchase information for the initial device you ordered.
